Question 1

What is render.?

Accepted Answer

render. is clinical skincare, rendered down to what works. We formulate actives-first — concentrated, proven ingredients at meaningful strengths, in honest formulas without filler. Fewer steps, stronger systems.

Question 2

When do you launch?

Accepted Answer

Early access is open now. Public launch goes live August 6th, 2026 at 2:00 PM MDT. Join the launch list for updates.

Question 3

What makes your capsule creams different?

Accepted Answer

Our capsule creams are a two-phase system: a soothing botanical gel plus suspended capsules packed with concentrated actives. You blend them together in your palm right before applying, so the most delicate ingredients stay stable and potent until the moment they reach your skin — not sitting diluted in a jar for months.

Question 4

How do I use render. products?

Accepted Answer

Every product includes step-by-step directions on its page and packaging. As a general rule: cleanse first, apply serums or capsule creams to freshly cleansed skin, let each layer absorb, then follow with moisturizer. Most actives can be used morning and evening unless the label says otherwise.

Question 5

In what order do I apply everything?

Accepted Answer

Thinnest to thickest: cleanser → serum → capsule cream → balm or moisturizer. If you're using a retinol product, we recommend it in your evening routine.

Question 6

How long until I see results?

Accepted Answer

Skincare works gradually. Hydration and smoothness often show within the first week or two, while firming, tone, and fine-line benefits typically build over 4–12 weeks of consistent use. Consistency matters more than quantity.

Question 7

Should I patch test?

Accepted Answer

Yes — especially with active ingredients like retinol, peptides, or acids. Apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours before using on your face. render. products are for external use only.

Question 8

Are render. products vegan?

Accepted Answer

No. Some of our formulas include animal-derived ingredients such as honey, tallow, and salmon-derived PDRN (polynucleotides). Every ingredient is listed in full on each product page so you can check before you buy.

Question 9

Are you cruelty-free?

Accepted Answer

We do not test our finished products on animals.

Question 10

Can I use render. with prescription skincare?

Accepted Answer

If you use prescription topicals (like tretinoin) or are treating a skin condition, check with your dermatologist or provider before adding new active ingredients.

Question 11

Can I use render. if I'm pregnant or nursing?

Accepted Answer

Some actives — retinol in particular — aren't generally recommended during pregnancy or nursing. Please consult your doctor before use if you're pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant.

Question 12

I have sensitive skin — where should I start?

Accepted Answer

Begin with our gentler, soothing formulas (Centella, hydration, and barrier-support products), introduce one active at a time, and always patch test. Give your skin a few days between adding new products.

Question 13

How should I store my products?

Accepted Answer

Keep them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, with lids closed tightly. Our capsule creams are designed to keep their actives stable, but cool storage helps preserve potency.

Question 14

Where can I see the full ingredient list?

Accepted Answer

Every ingredient in every formula is listed — in plain language — on our Explore Ingredients page and on each product page.

Question 15

Where do you ship?

Accepted Answer

We ship within the United States only. Standard is $8.99 (free at $125+), Express is $15.99 (free at $200+), and Overnight is $49.99. Free thresholds are based on your subtotal after discounts and before tax. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
